Transcriptions

Transcription is the art of writing your music in proper musical form. It's easiest if you have a good recording of it. Don't go to a studio or anything; just be sure that whatever form it's in, it's easy to hear. I can play from 

• An attachment to an email
• A flash drive
• CD
• An upload to Soundcloud, MediaFire, etc.
• Cassette (yes, some people still use them)

If you have another way that you'd like to let me hear it, we can do that, too.

Also (for guitar or keyboard players, etc.), if you have the chords you used, I can use those for guidance. With your permission, I can also suggest some alternate (maybe better) chords to use. 

If it's a vocal piece, I'll need a copy of the words. 

In general, the more you can give me, the easier it will be (and the less it will cost).
