Each Other's Rock

Here's what Each Other's Rock Sounds like.

Sue and Ron got this from their daughter, Heather, for their 40th wedding anniversary. Heather supplied some lyric ideas and, after some collaboration, she and I created a great set of lyrics. At the same time, I wrote the melody and accompaniment from some music ideas that Heather supplied.

This song is five minutes long because there were a number of important details that heather wanted in it. That made the cost a little higher than a standard 3 1/2 minute song.

The composition by itself (Melody Line, Lyrics and Chords) would cost about $200. Some of the song was repeated, and I don't charge for repeated parts. For that price, you would get a digital copy of the song, no recording.

The recording involved adding some other instruments, which added about $100 for the arrangement. The recording itself came to $450. 

The total cost would be $850. However, I'm a softy, and would probably only charge $700. Please also keep in mind that people who are polite, understanding and gracious tend to get discounts. Others don't.
