Recording

Whether you want to play all the instruments yourself, have your band record or have me do some/most/all of the instruments, there is ONE THING that you can do to make your recording project a great one. The secret - PREPARE. 

If you're going to play or sing any of the tracks -  Practice. Practice. Practice. I will gladly take your money while you work on getting a part right,  but you don't want that! The other side of Practice is rest, especially if you're doing any of the tracks. Be fresh so you can play/sing well, hear well and make good choices.

If I'm going to play any of the tracks, think about how you want them to sound. If you're not sure, I can help. We might want to discuss the sound you want up front. Remember, a musician's skills don't always match a client's requirements.
